1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HR HUB Pro platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HR HUB ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of the Platform

HR HUB Pro is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed for businesses operating in the Caribbean region. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to manage employee records, process payroll, track attendance, manage leave, and perform other HR-related functions as enabled by your subscription plan.

2.2 Prohibited Use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems
• Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its performance

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. HR HUB will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of registration.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to you.

5. Data Privacy & Security

We take data protection seriously. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit AES encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to protect the data stored on the Platform. However, no system is completely immune to security risks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interfaces, are owned by HR HUB and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HR HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HR HUB operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
